Marbas is Zangurak’s pet, which has a similar appearance to a lion. He is the boss of Chapter 16. Despite his size, he is able to evade attacks and counter with Lightning fast Maneuvers. To defeat him, throw daze bombs in his way or attack him with magic to make him stop for a moment, allowing you to attack. Gathering Burst when at max will also stop Marbas.
During the battle he’ll start running around the room. You have to wait for him to stop or set bombs or magic in his way before attacking. He’s able to make huge waves when it clashes its claws with the floor. While battling him some Gurak will appear from time to time to make the battle even harder.
