Ancient Barrier is Calista's Spirit Attack . It is a Buff SP that has Calista cast an impenetrable purple-white barrier that heals herself & Zael, as well as increase defense, resistance to knockbacks and knockdowns, deflects magic, as well as repulsing all enemies away, damaging them on contact. If Zael casts Gale on himself, a barrier will surround all present party members and grant the same effects. During the battle with Atar in Chapter 37, Ancient Barrier briefly becomes Ancient Summoning, which allows Calista to summon Mitra to disables Atar's flight. After Atar is grounded, Ancient Summoning immediately reverts back to Ancient Barrier.
